West Amazon Missions is a 501c3 non-profit.
Founded in 1999, it has continued as a small
organization dedicated to supporting the work of native
missionaries in Brazil's Amazon region.
WAM's Board of Directors, Executive Director and
partners are self-supported missionaries or lay people
who volunteer their time so that 100% of donations
reach the field.

Milton Fielding
Executive Director
Milton currently lives in Manaus, Brazil with his wife
Gloria. In addition to directing West Amazon Missions,
he supervises construction at WAM partner church
Nova Igreja Batista. He also coordinates construction
mission trips for NIB church plants.

at Nova Igreja Batista, WAM's
partner church. NIB is known for
its solid Biblical teaching and

develops pastors for leadership
